Privacy Policy

Color Marker (the "App") does not collect personal information.

1. Information collected

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Photos selected within the App, memos entered by the user, and color values extracted or measured are all stored only in the user's device storage, and are not transmitted to any external server or third party.

2. Internet & permissions

• The App does not use the internet permission.
• Photos are accessed only through the system photo picker, by the user's explicit selection. No storage or camera permission is requested.

3. Third parties & advertising

• The App does not provide personal information to any third party.
• The App contains no advertising, ad identifiers, or analytics tooling.

4. Retention & deletion

All data is held only on the user's device. Users can delete it at any time via the in-app "Delete all records" action; uninstalling the App also removes the related data.

However, if Android's automatic backup is enabled on the device, the operating system may back up the App's data to the user's own Google account. This is an Android OS feature, not data transmitted by the App, and is never shared with third parties. You can turn it off in Settings ▸ Google ▸ Backup.

5. Children

Because the App does not collect personal information at all, it does not collect personal information of children either.
